Fun Light Solar--FLS-- ships all products by UPS

No shipments to PO Boxes.

Note--there are no taxes on FLS Products. 

Policies

FLS will never phone you about orders. FLS will never share your phone number, address or email address with anyone. Your privacy is essential for you and FLS's business. Your personal business will only be shared with businesses that need your information to process your order--such as paypal, credit card companies, UPS and etc--and only the information that they need. FLS is a very private company with your information. 

Return Policy.

Within 30 days from date of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, FLS will gladly provide an exchange or refund.

Also all exchanges or returns must be unused, in the original box and packing materials, not damaged and returned within 30 days of purchase. 

To exchange or return a product, please send an email to:  

goodphelanonline@mtaonline.net  requesting return information. All necessary return information will be sent to you in an email. 

Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer--unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent other than what was ordered.  

If your item was defective upon arrival--Please contact customer service at  1-800-835-4113 within a 30 day period.

If your item was damaged during shipment--please contact UPS or your shipper. 

Be sure to retain a copy of the receipt for your records.
